Hostname and time input

I am testing CC on localhost.
jsp reports shows title with domain name and links whith references to it.
In my case I do not want to use dnsserver, instead I would like to
force localhost on this links.
Where do I input server's name?

I am also having differences in CC reporting time with my country´s local time.
How do I adjust this?
