Yes, I can explain that. In an attempt to sanitize the first post I edited
some details to try to clarify things. In the second post, there was too
much to practically edit, so I did not bother. In practice, those are the
same paths, and I'm sorry for not pointing that out (I forgot, when I posted
the 2nd).

I still could not get this to work, but what I have done as an interim step
is simply to use two <svn> entries in <modificationset>, one for each
project, and then used a <composite> <schedule> block, with 2 x <exec> to
pull down the SVN files to the appropriate spots, and then an <xcode> to
build the main project (which internally has a dependence on the static
lib).

This does work OK, and detects changes in either SVN repo, builds the main
project, etc.
