There should be but one hasn't been created yet.

I would start with the approach you were using, of copying the webapps
folder from the binary distribution.

What error are the errors you get?

I'm guessing it is something that could be addressed by copying over
some missing libraries or setting an environment variable, but I'll
admit that I'm guessing.
