Re: JSP reporting in 2.8.2 not displaying ISO 8601 dates correctly

I think the only approach is  replacing  every new Date() occurrence
in the system by  DateUtil.getLocalDate() (this would be the same as
new date() but adjusted for timezone).
This approach is based on the fact that logs/artifacts are recorded with dates,
which are used for further  calculations.
