Exception in CC Dashboard

After I leave the application running for awhile I get,

org.springframework.context.ApplicationContextException: Cannot find
Velocity template for URL [page_exceptions.vm]: Did you specify the
correct resource loader path?; nested exception is
org.apache.velocity.exception.ResourceNotFoundException: Unable to
find resource 'page_exceptions.vm'
Caused by: org.apache.velocity.exception.ResourceNotFoundException:
Unable to find resource 'page_exceptions.vm'


When I check the logs, I find "Too many open files." Any idea what
that is about? Seems like the dashboard can't stay alive long enough
for me to know how builds went for a previous day.
