Email from Cruisecontrol

I get a javax.mail.SendFailedException: 554 <[email protected]>: Relay access
denied when emailing from Cruisecontrol

I can use the same values from the prompt on the box and it works.  I'm assuming
I need to give socket permission to cruisecontrol.  I created a cc.policy file
and added it to the java execution line -Djava.security.policy=cc.policy 

grant {
        permission java.net.SocketPermission
"164676-app21.www.acquitygroup.com:25-", "connect, resolve, listen, accept";
}

but I still get the Relay access denied

Am I on the right track or is there something else I need to do?
