Using SCP and Email Ant targets

Hi all, I was having trouble trying to do SCP and Email CruiseControl commands, so I just created Ant targets that I can run just fine. In order to get them working, I put some jar files into ~/.ant/lib. However, when I go to run an ant task within cruise control that calls one of these targets, I am getting errors saying that it couldn't find the library that it needed. The funny thing is that it told me to fix it by putting the appropriate jars into one of three places, one of them being ~/.ant/lib. I also set my CLASSPATH variable to include .ant/lib. So, I'm not quite sure what is going on, but I would really like to get this to work.
