Can I prevent CC from getting the modified code from Subversion?

I'm using the following code where CC checks Subversion repository for any modification and follow by getting the latest version of the modified files to the local working directory before it runs the build:

<modificationset >
         <svn localworkingcopy="Project_A"
           RepositoryLocation="svn://svnserver/apps//trunk/projects/abc"/>
</modificationset>

I'd like to have the build script handle getting the latest version of the modified code instead of CC, and restrict CC to just to check for any modification that would trigger a build, so can this be achieved?

Does anyone know?

  Thanks,

    Sameh
