Try setting up TZ variable in the startup script.

Gmt might be the system default in your servers.

My cruisecontrol's date of build is off as well. The problem has nothing to do with ntp in my case. The time on my debian etch server is correct yet the date of build and last changed are in GMT. This has to be a configuration, but I have not been able to find it. My servers are getting the correct time from NTP and are all debian etch.

Even I have same problem can you please tell me how to
sync up cruise
control and scm time zone.

Configure both machine to use same ntp server where time is
synced from.

Timezone is not configured thru ntp thou but by your local
settings.
Pretty hard to even start to help you without knowning your
os.

Just google with keywords: howto configure ntp
$yourOs
