The problem happens immediately after CC starts and also much later.  It
isn't related to how long CC has been running.

I could be wrong, but I feel it needs to know what URL to talk with ... the
error message lacks any URL, which indicates to me it doesn't know where to
go to initiate the build.  I read what I could find, but I see no guide to
any config file where the URL can be specified.  Frustrating, especially
since the correct server is shown at the top of the Dashboard page.
