ignoreFiles not working with [email protected]

Howdy,

Ever since we migrated from CVS to SVN the ignoreFiles attribute of
modificationset has stopped working.  We also upgraded from
CruiseControl 2.5 to 2.8 at the same time.  Any ideas why this would be
happening?  Here are the settings from our config.xml files...

Not working:
    <modificationset requiremodification="true" quietperiod="60"
ignoreFiles="webstart.properties">
      <svn localworkingcopy="${workingdir}"/>
    </modificationset>

Worked:
    <modificationset requiremodification="true" quietperiod="60"
ignoreFiles="webstart.properties">
      <cvs localworkingcopy="${workingdir}" tag="${projectTag}"/>
    </modificationset>
