Sorry, nothing obvious. If the problem doesn't happen every time then it probably isn't a classpath conflict. One thing you can try is setting showProgress and showAntOutput to false as described here: http://cruisecontrol.sourceforge.net/main/configxml.html#ant Might not help but worth a try.
