To close this issue.

In my ant build.xml I find if I use <svn javahl="false" svnkit="true">
then <svnbootstrapper> works as expected on the same directories.

Bill

I believe this problem is related to differences between svn 1.5 and
1.6. I checked out a directory with a non-ant tool and had the same
problem. For some reason, the version of Ant and Svn I am using do work.
Instead of svn bootstrapper, I'm using an ant bootstrapper and all works
just fine.

Just a thought, in ant I use <svn javahl="false"> and I don't think that
is possible in the svn bootstrapper.

Thanks
Bill
