ERROR : Could not retrieve list from the Harvest repository. Result Code: 2 .

Hi,

 

On building the config file to connect to Harvest am getting the error
"E0309001a: ERROR: Could not retrieve Version list" as shown below 

 

Can you please let me know if there is any issue with the ODBC
connection to All Fusion Harvest ?
