Metrics tab not displaying any info

I think I've seen this question before but have been googling for
quite some time and have not be able to find it.  When I click on the
Metrics tab on the Build Results dashboard, I get an empty right pane
window.  Is there additional configuration required to make the
Metrics tab active.
