Dashboard unable to reach JMX

Hi! I have CruiseControl running in Debian Linux and successfully building my projects. However, the Dashboard shows all my projects as discontinued (grey) with "Server: N/A". I suspect there is a problem when Dashboard is trying to reach the JMX server. Note that the JMX server is able to update the Dashboard with the status of a build. Everything is running on localhost (including my web browser). Any ideas what might be the problem here?
