Using bootstrappers with cruise control

I'm using bootstrappers in my cruise control config file to update the clear case view that I will build from. I'm using snapshot views so the view is not updated automatically. The issue in this approach that I'm not able to detect any "new" modificationset, so not only I do not see what was used in the build, I'm also forced to use <requireModification="false"> and keep building all the time as I can't detect if there is change need new build or no.
