No need to apply the patch - the code has been checked into
Subversion. All you need to do is get the latest code, and build it
yourself. Instructions can be found at
http://cruisecontrol.sourceforge.net/svn.html . Run the release.bat or
release.sh script to create the package (you will need a JDK and Ant
installed, too).
