Discontinued projects and force builds disabled in non Binary release

Hi,

I've had pretty good luck setting up CC under windows using the installer.

Now I'm setting things up under OSX. I'm launching ./cruisecontrol.sh.
Everything works great with the exception that the dashboard never gets
updated.

I've seen the "cannot reach" dashboard error. It seems to have gone away 
somehow but the problem still remains.

I'm testing with the connectfour default project so there is a
ModificationSet

I went and lengthened the jetty connection timeout in webdefault.config:

<session-config>
    <session-timeout>500</session-timeout>
  </session-config>

Still no luck getting updates to the dashboard. Crazy thing is it worked 
when I first configured CC.

Whats the trick to getting this working when you aren't running off the 
windows installer?
