tfs modifcationset

I'm new to TFS, but was hoping that somebody knew how to get a
modificationset for more than a single projectPath.  I have a workspace
set up that contains four branches of code and wanted to be able to
detect modifications in any one of those branches.  Right now it appears
that I can only check for modifications based on a single projectPath
which maps to a single branch in my workspace.

 

Any idea how I can check for modifications in more than one projectPath?
