Hi MrL,
I change the cruisecontrol.bat as your suggestion, some parts of the dashboard are correct but only one page is wrong. The time in the build results page is not correct.
Djavax.management.builder.initial=mx4j.server.MX4JMBeanServerBuilder "-Djetty.logs=%JETTY_LOGS%" "-Duser.timezone=GMT+08:00" -jar "%LAUNCHER%" %* -jmxport 8000 -webport 8080 -rmiport 1099
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
http://localhost:8080/dashboard/tab/build/detail/connectfour
Dashboard page is correct: 13 Nov 2009 14:37 GMT +08:00
connectfour passed (9 minutes ago)
* Build Time: 13 Nov 2009 14:37 GMT +08:00 * Duration: 1 minute 0 seconds
* Build: build.5
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
http://localhost:8080/cruisecontrol/
Project page is correct:
scmroad [11/13/09 2:37 PM]
Project Status (since) Last failure Last successful Label
connectfour waiting (2:45 PM) 11/13/09 1:43 PM build.5
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
http://localhost:8080/cruisecontrol/buildresults/connectfour
buildresults page is wrong: 2009-11-13T06:43:42
BUILD COMPLETE - build.5
Date of build: 2009-11-13T06:43:42
Time to build: 1 minute 0 seconds
Did you see the time “2009-11-13T06:43:42”? The time is wrong. It’s different with the time in the left of the same page. I am not sure how to change it. Do you have idea? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
BTW: I just decompress the file cruisecontrol-bin-2.8.2.zip and run cruisecontrol.bat in the windows 2008 server command. Nothing changes except the time zone.

Add this statement to the cruisecontrol.bat file.
-Duser.timezone=America/New_York
Change the value to the time zone you are in.
