Newbie Question - Windows Installer - JVM Heap Size Error

This is my first time playing with CruiseControl in quite some time and the first time I have ever tried the Windows installer. The installation went through with no visible issues. However, the Windows service fails to start. If I look at the \logs\wrapper.log file, I see this . STATUS | wrapper | 2010/01/29 22:06:46 | <-- Wrapper Stopped I found the commented out CC_OPTS line in the \cruisecontrol.bat file, uncommented it and even upped the memory amounts (256m/1024m), but I am still getting these errors trying to start the service. Any ideas what I am missing here?
