Re: 2.8.3 win installer steals tomcat port without even asking

is this new behavior of 2.8.3 ? Maybe the installer should ask which
HTTP port should be used by CruiseControl.

Anyway, the installation done by the installer is a sort of
quick-default installation.

If you have tomcat on the machine where you have cruisecontrol, you can
create a NTFS link inside C:\Program Files\Apache Software
Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\webapps called cruisecontrol and pointing to
C:\Program Files\CruiseControl\webapps\cruisecontrol (this is what I
do).  You then need to adjust the web.xml so that the log directory of
CruiseControl can be found by  tomcat.
