Access to Build Timestamp in Publishers?

I've been looking for the obvious way to access the ${cctimestamp}
property from within the publishers, but this property only seems to be
available to the builders. Basically, I'm looking to pass it as a
parameter to a batch file using the <execute> publisher.
Am I using the wrong parameter, or is there just no easy way to access
this from the publishers?
