mavenmapper does not appear to be working

I've setup a mavenmapper for an email publisher on my projects, but the
map does not appear to be working. The intended recipient never gets
email notifications. In the info below, [clearcaseId] represents an
actual id from clearcase and is the Id displayed under the Dashboard
Modifications tab. 
 
Do I have something setup wrong? 
 
Here is my publishers config:
