Multiple projects within a confilg.xml file

Hi,
I've created a config.xml file which contains multiple projects. Each
project's description is contained within <project> ... </project> pairs

When I go to the CC dashboard, I am unable to manually start more than one
build at a time. As one is building it shows the spinning wheel, while its
running. But the others show that they are queued. How can I make them all
start/run simultaneously?
