CruiseControl 2.8.4-rc2 available...

Hi Again,

We found and fixed some problems, so I've posted a new release candidate:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/cruisecontrol/files/CruiseControl/2.8.4-rc2/

The changes in rc2 are mostly clean-up items, but could affect you if 
building from source.

* build script cleanups.
* dashboard use same velocity-dep.jar version as main.
