Re: Adding login page to cruise control dashboard

  I mentioned arguments for wrapper.conf, they also work in 
cruisecontrol.sh.

You can install tomcat and cruisecontrol on your box and use tomcat 
instead of jetty.

There is no login page in the cruisecontrol webapp but if you change the 
web.xml to enable basic auth then your web container will make your 
browser request credentials.
In the cruisecontrol webapp there is also no logout page.

For dashboard I am not sure I never used it.
