How to write config.xml for git repository for Linux

Hi, We are using Linux Kernel 2.6.*, SDK id from OpenEmbedded to build our project. I want to add an continuous build and I have successfully installed CruiseControl with "ant" We have git as an repository. I am finding difficult to write the config.xml file, which can get the build form the "git repository" and do an continuous build for our project.
