Re: issue with CC 2.8.3 & StarTeam

  What happens if you try to run by hand the StarTeam checkout command ?

Also, logging and debugging might help.

I notice that the newest CruiseControl versions do not ship with a 
StarTeam bootstrapper any more (or at least I do not see it in the 
source tree).
