Certainly not by default. You can turn on the jmx password to restrict who can do it, but that still doesn't give you multiple logins. Right now CC doesn't have the idea of logins. There are some threads on configuring the servlet container (jetty or tomcat) to require authentication which would then allow you to figure out this information. However I believe doing that breaks the dashboard, though the old reporting jsp app should still work.
