Java error when starting cruisecontrol service on windows 7 64

Hi all,

I've recently installed cruisecontrol for windows  on a virgin windows 7 machine and am getting the following error in wrapper.log when starting the service.

But if I run cruisecontrol.bat everything starts up fine and cruisecontrol runs in a dos window.

Any ideas what the problem is?
