Couldn't you just set build 2 to start at 3:01am, and build 3 at 3:02am?  Then they would just queue up in the right order until the builds before them completed.  Unless you're using threads, I guess it won't work.

I can't find this option in config file... There is a buildafterfailed attribute for project element, but that doesn't fix my problem.

It's a great idea, unfortunately I must have separated projects (due to various constraints ...)

Any additional idea?
