emails from CC

Hello,

I have a user who has a build that take sufficiently long to publish that
his customers are complaining that the build is not available when the
Build Successful email is sent.

It seems that the Success emails are sent when the build is complete, but
before the publishing step is executed.

I would like to trigger sending emails after the publishing is complete, or
to modify the build successful email body to warn the user of the long
publish.

"header.xsl" is where I am starting....

Any bread crumbs to get started appreciated,
