I used to use a CC extension for Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/cruisecontrol-monitor/) but there is no such extension for Google Chrome (which is my preferred browser) However, Google Chrome now has support for hidden apps that can alert users of application events. See http://blog.chromium.org/2011/02/amping-up-chromes-background-feature.html Is there some way to take advantage of this in CC so that if there is a build failure, Chrome can pop up an alert, or display a status bar icon, etc. -- David J.
