Hi Pavel,

Thanks for reporting this. I've committed a patch that should fix the 
website for the next release to include the javadocs. (The build will 
now copy the javadoc from main/target/javadoc into target/website/main/api).

Until a new release of CruiseControl is completed, you could checkout 
the project from subversion and build it.
After that, you can find the website locally in ./target/website
