Re: Problem polling GIT projects

Along the same lines as Julian's suggestion: you might try running with 
the -debug argument 
(http://cruisecontrol.sourceforge.net/gettingstartedbindist.html#Command_Line_Options), 
and watch the console output to see exactly which command CC is issuing.

If that doesn't shed light, then try issuing those commands manually and 
see what happens.

My guess is that the git process is waiting for authentication, or
something.  Two thoughts:

1) You could use process explorer to prove that the Java process for
CruiseControl has a git subprocess; and
2) What happens when you do a 'git pull' in that directory, as the user that
runs CruiseControl?
