Jenkins didn't work on schedule

Hi all,

I created 10 project on Jenkins. Most of them run normally. One of them
didn't. I can force the build project manually. However, when I schedual the
build as belowing I found that it didn't work on time:
  0 8 * * 1-5

Is it the bug of Jenkins or something else?
