Hello All-

My cruisecontol experience is pretty limited, so hopefully this is an easy
one to answer:

Suppose I have two projects, Project1 and Project2. I want Project1 to be
executed if modifications have been detected within source control, and then
I want Project2 to be executed after Project1 has completed. So far I'm
able to accomplish this much. What I want to ensure though, is that
Project1 always gets kicked off *unless* Project2 is currently running. In
other words, if Project2 is currently running and a modification was
detected, I don't want Project1 to be executed until after Project2 has
completed.

Thanks in advance :-)
