cruisecontrol-launcher.jar and cruisecontrol.jar are not getting created in dist directory

Hi Team, I have unzipped cruise control (source) version 2.8.4 on my windows 7 machine. When I am running the build.bat file in the main directory, the files cruisecontrol-launcher.jar and cruisecontrol.jar are not getting created in dist directory. However, the file cruisecontrol-antprogresslogger.jar is created in dist directory. I am completely new to cruise control so it would be great if you help me out.
