bootstrapping forever

Hi! I'm using cruise ctrl and clear case for making software builds. Since a few days ive not been able to build anything and what I can see in the web interface is this annoying exclamation mark. Neither exceptions nor logs are useful. I had experienced some problems with the view update (or hijack files) and pending builds but small manipulations with the config spec update used to help to convince either cruise ctrl or clear case to work. This time I’m not able to make it run.
