I suppose you mean 
C:\cruise\main\target\test-
classes\net\sourceforge\cruisecontrol\testutil\SysUtilMock.class

It seems to be correct. Now the question is why it is not executed by java ...

Just replace **add a txt file here** by an existing file. Sorry, I have 
forgotten to mention it ...
