Repeating message: WARN: /dashboard/buildloop/listener

I saw this problem reported on the list on May 24, 2011, but I never saw a
resolution.  I am now having the same problem myself.  I recently had
CruiseControl (v2.8.4) running on a Windows XP machine.  Everything was
fine.  I just copied everything over to a Windows 7 Ultimate PC and made no
changes to the CruiseControl configuration.  Everything runs and seems to
build properly, but I'm getting an error message showing up in the console
and repeating every 5 seconds.

As with the original poster, even with the errors, the CruiseControl status
web page seems to work (although on the Dashboard, all of the projects show
up as disabled -- I'm not sure if that is related).

One of the original suggestions was to start CruiseControl
with "-postenabled false", but wouldn't that disable the posting of build
info?
