temp.file is not created but build continue anyway

Hello,

I've got a weird issue. Maybe someone already encountered it?
This cause the build to fail to copy artifacts and logs properly
and in some weird circumstance, to fail really early in the process. 
but I see a stack trace when cruisecontrol is trying to create the temp file.
