Sure, I can provide my project file (note that I include it into my config using an XML ENTITY reference). Question: when a rebuild of a project is required, I know that CruiseControl reloads the config.xml file, but does it only do so if the file has changed? In this case, the associated XML project file changes, but the config.xml does not. I think that the modificationset still returns the same set of modifications as caused the initial failure. I also experimented with setting useLocalRevision="true" on the <svn> elements inside modificationset. No luck. That's weird. CruiseControl should not build again (without modification) if you have BuildAfterFailed set to false. Are you able to share your config file? HI Glenn, If you set the buildafterfailed attribute to false in your project tag, I think that will do it. Hello: I have basic question about the CruiseControl build loop and controlling it for failed builds. I know that when a build is successful, it will not build again until there are modifications. However, when a build fails, CruiseControl keeps rebuilding on interval specified by the schedule element. I guess this is due to the fact that modifications that caused the failure are not "consumed" and thus remain as modifications until the build is successful. Is there a way for CruiseControl to "consume" the original modifications that caused the first build failure and not try to build again until a new set of modifications arrive?
