I found this in webapps\cruisecontrol\WEB-INF\web.xml

      <param-value>status.txt</param-value>

Does this mean I have to build the web app to have it take the change?

No, that's just how the value got there. You can hack it.

Hi,
On 9 February 2012 15:41, Adam Bruss <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote:
How do you tell the cruisecontrol buildresults page where the build status file is?

The text box on the left says

"(build status file not found)"

I can't put the status file in the logs directory because it screws up dependent builds.

IIRC, it's this in the config:

http://cruisecontrol.sourceforge.net/main/configxml.html#currentbuildstatuslistener

And there's a corresponding property to set in the web application.

Cheers
