stop build after restart

Hi,
 
I have one requirment, cruise machine got rebooted/stucked when  build is in progress, after I restarting the cruise it is starting the build even if there is no modification. How to avoid this?.
 
If cruise stucks and restart, I don't want build after restart unless there is real change.
 
 
Please help fixing this problem.
