Scheduled Nightly Build

Hi!

I hope I am stating my question in the correct mailinglist, since this is my very first time posting into one.

I'd like to build a project I own automatically at a given time, i.e., nightly, regardless whether there have been
modifications in the repository, or not.
My config.xml looks pretty much like:

Although I explicitly said the build should be executed at "0030", the build is triggered sort of randomly.
Nevertheless, succeeding builds are triggered approximately 24h after eachother.
Here are the last build times:
