Strange behaviour with build status of projects

When going to the ViewFarmReport.aspx (the report that shows the last build
status of all the projects), it lists several project's last build status as
Success but it contains a message under the Messages column e.g. "Failing
Tasks : Svn: CheckForModifications". As shown here:

When I click the project name to view the ViewProjectReport.aspx page, the
list of recent builds show they have all failed as shown here:

CC+view+recent+builds.jpg . The last build on that list was done 2 minutes
earlier than the timestamp given on the ViewFarmReport page.

When I click on one of the failed build links, it tells me there was a Build
Exception with the following details (I've blanked out some sensitive info):

Does anyone know what is going on here?
