Can't access CC wiki

Hi,

I haven't been able to access the CruiseControl wiki at http://confluence.public.thoughtworks.org/display/CC/Home since I first tried last week.  Is there a known problem with it or another way to access it?

The error I'm getting is:
Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /display/CC/Home.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache Server at confluence.public.thoughtworks.org Port 80
